Quilting galore!

This old quilt has me puzzled. It is graphically BOLD and doesn’t lay flat. custodia con porta carte cellulare 7 iphone It is wild beyond imagination, so I started by basting under the edges all the way around. It will need to be appliqued to a rectangular border. Now the edges finish with arcs. I’m going to have to address this one a little at a time.I was able to find a solid red that nearly matches. It should be lots of fun. What was the quilter thinking? I want to know! The piece is entirely done by hand. custodia book iphone 5 I’ll finish it by machine. One of the other projects I worked on recently was to take this duvet cover from IKEA and turn it into a king sized quilt. It was a real treat to do a whole cloth quilt. I love the way it looks and feels. I laid it out on my bed in the red room to show how cute it turned out. custodia in pelle apple iphone x There are 3 little matching pillows too! And just a little bit ago I finished this pumpkin table runner. It will look great on my crusty wooden kitchen table. I love the wool appliqued pumpkin. This is one of 4 projects I worked on at my quilters’ retreat last week. It was just what I needed to get me jump started again on my quilting.
