Binding Antique Northwinds and other quilting

Here are the antique Northwind quilt blocks with alternating homespuns completely finished. custodia se iphone silicone I love the way it looks with the subtle binding. It’s called “Counting till Christmas Day” The pattern is by Cheri Payne, my favorite pattern maker. It was a group project by the fan club and it will be donated to the Country Loft for their Quilt for a Cure Fundraiser in August. I have to make one for myself now, it is so dang cute!     I love the idea that a child gets this quilt on their bed every December and constantly checks the stockings for treats and tokens!

    Actually, it would more likely hang on a child’s door or wall. It’s only 22″ wide (by 50″ long) so it probably wouldn’t work on a bed–but then there is a possibility the next one I make would be wider!
